Meet Ikjyot Rehal, M.Ed., R.C.C.
Ikjyot Rehal is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (#18751) and Founder of Thriving Hearts Therapy Clinic.
Having worked for 13+ years in diverse roles at universities, healthcare, municipality, private, and non-profit sectors including leadership, Ikjyot opened her own private practice to bring her skills together in a unique way to address current mental health struggles that our population faces. Ikjyot's clinical approach rests on the pillars of attachment focused, somatic, experiential and trauma-informed practices, facilitating clients to engage in much deeper work, rather than only having bandage solutions.
In addition to running her private practice, Ikjyot also works at Fraser Health as Mental Health Clinician.

I support people to hold, unpack and process their difficult experiences so that they develop confidence to manage difficult emotions, and would not feel consumed by it. This often brings a sense of clarity, relief and empowerment inside their hearts.
