“No matter how much pain or dysfunction you have to deal with in your life, every part of your psyche is doing its best to help you”

Family Planning Therapy

Family planning decision making

Deciding whether to have a child can be one of the most emotionally complex and deeply personal choices in a person’s life. If you find yourself feeling uncertain, pressured, conflicted, or overwhelmed, you are not alone. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you explore your thoughts, values, fears, and hopes so you can move toward a decision that feels aligned and authentic to you.

Struggles with infertility

I also provide compassionate support for individuals and couples experiencing infertility. The grief, isolation, and uncertainty that can accompany fertility struggles deserve to be acknowledged and held with care. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in empathy, helping you process emotions, strengthen coping skills, and feel less alone in your journey.

Re-adjustment after a baby

For couples preparing to grow their family, the transition into parenthood can significantly impact work-life balance, identity, and spousal relationships. Together, we can navigate shifting roles, communication challenges, intimacy changes, and the emotional adjustments that often come with welcoming a baby.
