What is Counselling?

Clinical Counselling helps you to work with a trained therapist to explore root cause of anxiety, depression and triggering events. It assists you to work through emotions experienced during hard phases of your life, such as loss of a relationship, navigating family situations and more. Typically people experience clarity,  sense of direction, and decrease in emotional intensity after a few sessions.

Ikjyot only offers virtual counselling. A lot of Ikjyot's clients balance work, and families which is why they are interested in doing counselling in the comfort of their own home. You will need a laptop/computer with a camera, good Wi-Fi and confidential space in your home where you can openly talk about your feelings. Ikjyot's availability is on weekends and weekdays 9am-8pm.
