Individual Counselling

Counselling provides you with an experience where you feel connected with your therapist, who helps you to re-connect with yourself, gain a sense of direction and experience feelings of relief.

I take a de-pathologizing, and non-judgmental approach, and help you to also do the same for yourself. This means that I don't believe there is something inherently wrong with you if you have anxiety or depression. Instead, I help you explore, and heal the root cause of your circumstances/events that cause anxiety, depression or trauma by guiding you to gain more understanding of yourself.

I help you increase your toolbox of coping skills, so that you feel less stuck and feel a sense of autonomy and self-empowerment.
