Extended benefits
Most counsellors in BC only accept direct billing. At Thriving Hearts, you either pre-pay or post pay after the appointment by e-transfer. Following that, you will receive a receipt which will have all the information for you to make a claim to your insurance company. If you are covered by extended benefits, please know about your coverage prior making consultation.
Many companies cover RCC, or Registered Clinical Counsellor. However, it is highly recommended to check if you are covered or not before you book a Meet and Greet.
