What is Counselling?
Counselling provides a space for you to explore your feelings, thoughts, behavior, and relationships. Counselling can bring deeper insight, better ways of understanding and coping with problems and can also help you to improve your relationships. It is also a source of support during difficult times. Counselling can sometimes require your willingness to examine difficult topics or times in your life, to experience stronger than usual emotions and to try out new and different behaviours.
I only offer virtual counselling. After Covid, a lot of my clients wanted to seek counselling in the comfort of their own home, as they are juggling their schedules. You will need a laptop/computer with a camera and good Wi-Fi. My availability is on weekdays after 5pm and weekends.
